KAI’s Engineers offer Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering services through our offices in St. Louis, Dallas-Fort Worth, and Atlanta. We are a diverse and collaborative group who works with a wide variety of clients as well as other significant architectural firms to provide sustainable and efficient solutions. In recent years, we’ve robustly grown our team with Subject Matter Experts who excel in technically complex projects, such as Healthcare, Aviation, Higher Education, K-12, Science & Technology, Civic & Municipal and Central Utility Plants. We bring technical curiosity to each project that aids in our commitment to one of our core values, Listening to Understand, addressing community concerns that promote well-being, safety and health, taking user input to diagnose root causes and provide engineering design solutions to address and correct those issues.
