TownePlace Suites Brentwood

TownePlace Suites by Marriott is a 128-room extended-stay hotel property in Brentwood, Missouri. KAI was selected as the General Contractor as part of a Joint Venture with Russell under hotel development and management company Equis Hotels.

Adjacent to the vibrant Clayton business, government and dining neighborhoods, the 77,000-square-foot property is the first extended-stay hotel in the mid-St. Louis County area to be built in over a decade. Designed as mini-suites to appeal to today’s travelers, each room is equipped with a full kitchen and seating area. The seven-story hotel also includes an interior pool, firepit, BBQ patio spaces, fitness center, in-house laundry services, and 380-square-foot meeting room.

Part of the project included the removal of a warehouse that sat on the property to make way for the hotel construction.
