KAI was selected to perform General Contracting services on the YMCA Trout Lodge Renovation project.
Trout Lodge’s 32-year history and service to the community was in need of renovations to their 60 guest rooms and 19 loft suites.
The Trout Lodge renovations included upgrades to the guest and loft rooms, new decks and the installation of window walls in each room overlooking the 360-acre Sunnen Lake. This four-month renovation also included a new HVAC system, fire protection system updates and the conversion of six fully accessible guest rooms.
