Adding water solutions for a growing region

The Metropolitan St. Louis Sewer District (MSD) contracted KAI to provide construction management services for the design and construction of the $55 Million Coldwater Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion and the Lemay Treatment Plant expansion.

KAI worked with MSD to provide pre-construction and construction phase services for both expansion projects. Services include estimating, bidability and constructability reviews throughout the design phases. During the construction phase, KAI provided on-site construction management services as well as materials testing and inspection services for the Coldwater Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant expansion and the Lemay Treatment Plant expansion.

KAI’s multi-tiered Construction Management services implemented a design-driven construction management philosophy and provided assistance with the project from design through post-construction activities.
