Big Brothers Big Sisters of Eastern Missouri commissioned KAI to renovate their St. Louis facility. Big Brothers Big Sisters is a world wide mentoring organization that changes the lives of children through trusting and enduring relationships. KAI considered it a privilege to provide architectural and interior design services for the 3,600 SF renovation of a portion of the first floor of their headquarters facility on North Grand Boulevard in St. Louis. The new space includes a lobby and multi-purpose event space for the Bistro located on the rooftop.

KAI was also responsible for the design of a cocktail bar for pre-event gatherings, a fully sufficient catering kitchen, neutral lighting, material and color palette compatible with other areas of the space not within the scope of this project, and the location of video/television screens for presentations for those utilizing the event space.
