KAI 360 Construction Services (KAI 360 CS) has expanded its staff in Dallas-Fort Worth, TX with the addition of Sean Creque as Senior Project Manager.
In his new role, Creque is responsible for delivering projects and programs with a focus on successful completion in terms of quality, budget and schedule. He is currently managing KAI’s DART Station Modernization and Metrolink Greenline Expansion projects.
The bulk of Creque’s impressive 15-year career has focused heavily on design-build projects in aviation and transportation, with an emphasis on leading design and construction teams from the start of design and providing direct management and oversight throughout the construction process.
Before coming to KAI, Creque was a Project Manager at Beck Group in Dallas. His extensive aviation/transportation project portfolio there included management of multiple renovation projects at DFW Airport, including the Holistic Airside Restroom Program, Terminal C Renovation and Terminal A and C Restroom Improvement Project.
His transportation experience extends beyond aviation into rail transit, which he acquired while serving as a Senior Architectural Designer at Parsons Corporation in Dallas. There he was part of the TEXRail team for a new commuter rail along the Cotton Belt going from Downtown Fort Worth to DFW Airport. He also worked on the $3 billion Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project – Silver Line Phase 2 Extension, which included 11 miles of new track and six stations.
“We are extremely happy and excited to welcome Sean to our KAI team as a Senior Project Manager. Sean brings 15 years of success, including several design-build projects,” said KAI 360 CS President Bruce Wood, PE. “Sean’s industry experience and proven leadership aligns with our commitment to transforming communities through integrated design and construction excellence.”
Creque was born and raised in Queens, New York. He received a Master of Architecture from Hampton University in Hampton, Virginia, and moved to Texas in 2009. He lives in Cedar Hill, Texas, with his wife Awnya and their two sons Kenneth and Karter. When not at work, he enjoys cheering for his favorite New York sports teams, working on his car, and traveling.
