KAI Enterprises proudly announces the hiring of Jim Duckwitz, CPA as its new Controller.
In his new role, Duckwitz will oversee KAI’s accounting functions, internal and external financial statement reporting, monthly close activities and cash flow forecasting, plus provide oversight of the professional services project accounting team.
Duckwitz has spent the last 17 years of his 25-year-career in the AEC sector as an Accounting Manager, Controller and VP of Finance, bringing unparalleled expertise and hands-on experience in the Design & Construction industry. Duckwitz stands as a formidable asset, ready to optimize KAI with precision.
His impressive track record of providing critical financial reports, participating in board meetings and playing a pivotal role in policy recommendations and risk management will benefit KAI on multiple levels.

Duckwitz has a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, and he is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Missouri. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of CPAs.
