Our services include program management, construction management, construction inspection, design management, biddability and constructability reviews, schedule management, budget and cost management, facility and infrastructure assessments, diversity planning, delivery and contracting strategies, change order management, and claims avoidance and dispute resolution.

While both groups are deeply involved in project execution, KAI Build focuses on the physical construction phase—serving as the contractor constructing the building.
